We want to send this quick note to thank The Grail for your amazing performance at our wedding reception. My husband had seen your band play in town and wanted you to play at our wedding, we were so incredibly happy with your performance and you exceeded our expectations. All (and I mean all) of our guests raved about “our band” and that they didn’t want the night to end.  We were very impressed with the variety of  songs, your professionalism, your banter and the fantastic talents of each band member. The Grail helped us celebrate in style. Thank you for an amazing night, you helped make our wedding one to remember and we will be recommending The Grail to everyone.

I can’t speak highly enough about Gerry. He was prompt in his communication, and accommodating with times and the setlist, he came early to set up the event & even helped with some song sheets that I wanted so our guests could join in. Nothing was too much trouble and Gerry set up an extra mike so myself, my fiancé and our guests could join in. Wonderful voice & musician, a true gentleman. He played all our favourites – which made the night for me! Everyone has commented on what a great night it was, so thanks again!

Gerry and Sean were perfect for our 21st party and I think they really enjoyed it too. Their music is second to none and had everyone (those that could and including young children)up and dancing till late. Real family entertainment. Enjoyed by all age groups. They, very naturally, DJ’ed and encouraged those up to speak and perform their musical items and included the electronic music that was requested, very easily. They have excellent equipment and an easy set up. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who likes music and easy assistance to keep the evening moving well.

Gerry and his band played at our wedding reception. I wanted to have a taste of home for myself and the other Irish guests and introduce our NZ friends to a few Irish tunes. Gerry could not have done a better job in making it a fantastic night. Guests of all ages and nationalities remarked how good the music was and that they could have listened and danced on all night. The band were great at encouraging everyone to let their hair down, get on the dance-floor and enjoy the craic – great material for our photographer! Gerry is the perfect wedding entertainer to deal with – professional, always prompt to reply, and full of brilliant ideas for couples including first dance tunes, scheduling set up etc. He went well above and beyond what we expected and taped our speeches for us and presented them on CD. Thanks for a great night and priceless memories.

Gerry played for my 40th birthday party, which we had at our home. We couldn’t have asked for a better band. They were fun, lively, played a range of music in traditional Irish style, were organised, and most of all amazing musicians, clearly of professional calibre.  We had so many guests ask for their details, and we would happily have them back again.

Professional, warm and engaging. Gerry and Sean deliver a fantastic performance! We hired them for my 40th birthday party, held in our back-garden. Fantastic sounds to give not only our guests some wonderful music but the the neighbours too (who thanked us later)! Highly recommended, they were the highlight of my party. Thanks guys for making it so memorable.

Thanks so much for your outstanding performance on Sat night! So many wonderful comments and compliments ie love those Irish boys, great way to set the scene, a refreshing change to the usual bands around, love their humour, clever and fun song choices, could have sat there listening to them all night!!

Thanks for another AWESOME performance at International Hobbit Day. The crowd and staff all love your entertainment and Hobbit Day sure wouldn’t be the same without you guys!
